Simple Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups of unsweetened Vanilla almond milk (nut free: coconut milk, oat milk or water)
  • 1 ½ cup of frozen blueberries
  • 1 ½ cup of frozen bananas
  • ¼ cup almond butter (nut free: SunButter)
Directions
  • In a blender, combine all ingredients
  • Blend until smooth and creamy – serve immediately
